Chestnut and mushroom soup; festive tart with caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese; smoked salmon mousse; pressed ham hock terrine.

Mains

Stuffed turkey breast wrapped in bacon; smoked rolled beef rib; pan-fried cod loin; beetroot and lentil pithivier.

Served with family-style vegetables: sprouts with pancetta and balsamic, honey-roast parsnips and carrots, tenderstem broccoli, braised red cabbage, and thyme and garlic roast potatoes.
